1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using InterviewSkool, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of service
InterviewSkool provides AI-powered mock interview simulations for software engineers. Sessions include coding interviews with live code execution and system design interviews with an interactive whiteboard. An AI interviewer (Alex) conducts the session and provides feedback.
3. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use InterviewSkool. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and payments
InterviewSkool uses a credit-based system. Each interview session costs 1 credit. Credits are purchased in packages (Single, Bundle, Monthly) and are non-transferable. Credits expire based on the package purchased. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Refund policy
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not used any credits from that purchase. Contact support@interviewskool.com with your request.
6. User conduct
You agree not to: misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent the credit system, share your account credentials, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, including its AI models, code, and content, is owned by InterviewSkool. Interview problems used in sessions are sourced from publicly available discussions and are used for educational purposes. Your code submissions remain your property.
8. Disclaimer
InterviewSkool is a practice tool. We do not guarantee employment or interview success. The AI feedback is an estimate and should not be considered a definitive evaluation of your skills.
9. Limitation of liability
InterviewSkool is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
